About

Welcome to The Godney Gathering – our remarkable micro festival that has swiftly become a standout experience, earning rave reviews both locally and nationally.

Bringing Gatherers, old and young, together since 2011, it’s fair to say the festival has grown from the single stage, outdoor event that we used to be. The journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, featuring unforgettable performances by renowned artists such as Lightning Seeds, UB40, Feeder, The Darkness, Scouting For Girls, Gentleman’s Dub Club, The Zutons, Judge Jules, and The K’s. Curious to see who else has graced The Godney Gathering stages? Dive into our vibrant history with a glance at our posters over the years on the right!

The countdown is on until Godney 2024! Check out all of the bands joining us this year on our line up page.

But here's the real magic – we've never been about just the headliners. Staying true to our humble beginnings, local music will always have a place at The Godney Gathering. Our Glastonbury Calling Stage champions exactly that - the local talent that’s right on our doorstep, and making our line up one that South West musicians aspire to be on.

That’s not all, with multiple stages and a range of entertainment, we’re a family festival with something for everyone. Make sure you check out our incredibly popular Silent Disco, let the younger Gatherers loose in ‘The Playground’ and if it’s something other than music you’re looking for then ‘The Udder Stage’ is for you.

A heartfelt thank you from our founder, Mike Daniells: “Your unwavering support has enabled us to achieve a sold-out festival EVERY year since 2015. It's surreal to look back and see where we are now, that’s all thanks to the unsung heroes behind the scenes. To every Gatherer who has joined us over the years, thank you. Thanks for supporting events like ours and spreading the word! Festivals like The Godney Gathering are where memories are made.”
